- The candidates should be able to, as a Client Service Representative, whether answering questions, assisting with transactions, or proactively connecting clients with the right team members, be the first line of support as clients work towards their financial goals
- The candidates should be able to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance to help deliver a great client experience
- The candidates should be able to help clients manage their accounts and products, focusing on the client experience and making interactions meaningful and connect clients to the right CIBC team members who can help them reach their goals
- The candidates should be able to listen, ask questions, and put themselves in the client’s shoes and act like an owner by taking accountability for client issues and knowing when to lean on others to create a better solution together
