Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have have experience in client issue resolution and client relationship management
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be flexible to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and be willing to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance to deliver a great client experience
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate proficiency in customer experience (CX), digital literacy, and empathy
- The candidates should possess knowledge of financial products and excel in interpersonal communication
- The candidates should adhere to standards compliance and be skilled in transaction services
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced Banking Center as a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, using their knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs
- The candidates should be able to act as a Client Service Representative, answering questions, assisting with transactions, and proactively connecting clients with the right team members, serving as the first line of support as clients work towards their financial goals
- The candidates should focus on client engagement, helping clients manage their accounts and products, and making interactions meaningful by connecting clients to the right CIBC team members who can help them reach their goals
- The candidates should be skilled in problem-solving, listening, asking questions, and putting themselves in the client’s shoes, taking accountability for client issues and knowing when to lean on others to create a better solution together
- The candidates should become technology experts and share their knowledge by introducing clients to mobile banking applications, helping them better manage their banking needs
