- The candidates should be able to solicit input from others and contribute to proposals for viable solutions based on specific technical products
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate basic technical concepts and validate design solutions through collaboration sessions with the customer and partner
- The candidates should be able to participate in discussions around architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization, leading to production deployment and increased customer and partner usage, consumption, and value outcomes
- The candidates should be able to leverage development opportunities such as mentorships, role-based resources, training, and internal events to learn new technologies and services
