Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and Portuguese Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent technical discipline
Experience: Candidates should have 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems and should be fluent in both written and verbal Portuguese
- The candidates should have at least 1 year of professional technical experience working within the Internet industries, focused on troubleshooting and debugging technical systems and An MS or PhD in a related field
- The candidates should have experience in Cloud/Distributed computing technology, including large-scale server fleet management and/or Hadoop environment management
- The candidates should demonstrate expertise in systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration, and database administration
- The candidates should have experience in programming and/or managing full application stacks from the OS up to custom applications
- The candidates should have experience in containerization, CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment), security, Big Data, DMS (Data Management Systems), and deployment
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services
- The candidates should be able to apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers’ individual needs
- The candidates should be able to leverage their extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal teams on how to improve services
- The candidates should be able to drive tactical and strategic projects that improve support-related processes and our customers’ technical support experience
- The candidates should be able to write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community
- The candidates should be able to solve customer issues through a variety of customer contact channels which include web, live chat, and telephone
- The candidates should be able to participate in both self-paced and instructor-led training to develop the skills required to be successful in their role
