Shift: 35-40 hours per week
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a minimum Grade 12 diploma
Experience: Candidates should have administrative experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust built with passengers, partners, and communities
- The candidates should have enthusiasm for contributing to the mission, whether through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support and be legally entitled to work in Canada
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills and efficiently and meticulously complete administrative duties and knowledge of the aviation industry
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain flight and crew scheduling systems and schedule aircraft
- The candidates should be able to track pilot duty hours to ensure compliance and liaise closely with other flight operations teams for optimum performance
- The candidates should be able to ensure timely and consistent responses to requests from other departments, review and approve timesheets
