Salary: $23.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Work setting: Various locations and Construction site
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, and Gloves
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and in noisy, dusty conditions
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle demanding tasks physically, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, with weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and demonstrate attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be reliable, work well as part of a team, and be hardworking
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, and mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
- The candidates should be able to assist the medical examiner in charge, assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, and level earth to fine grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
