Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional, and Residential
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Concrete vibrators, Reciprocating saws, Circular saws, Concrete saws, Grinding machine, Jackhammers, Air compressors, Nail guns, Drills, Augers, Compactor, and Sledgehammer
Own tools/equipment:Â Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and capable of working under pressure
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks and able to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity and be able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be adept at handling heavy loads and have strong attention to detail
- The candidates should demonstrate hand-eye coordination and be comfortable working outdoors, at heights, or underground
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty environments and capable of lifting up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, and erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications, clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites
- The candidates should be able to assist the medical examiner in charge and assist skilled tradespersons
