Salary: $21.00 to $23.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Residential
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and in dusty conditions
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and handling dangerous work environments
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adept at meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be capable of handling physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads and weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should demonstrate manual dexterity and efficiency in performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on serving clients and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their approach to tasks and be reliable in meeting deadlines and commitments
- The candidates should be effective team players, capable of collaborating and contributing positively within a group setting
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt and level earth to fine grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- The candidates should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
