Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Own tools/equipment: Tools, steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, ear plugs, safety vest
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors as part of their job and able to work in noisy environments
- The candidates should be mindful of safety protocols in potentially dangerous work settings, including being prepared to work in dusty conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments as required for their role, ensuring they are comfortable and safe
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be physically fit to handle physically demanding tasks and able to handle heavy loads as needed
- The candidates should be exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
- The candidates should be capable of handling weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs) as necessary for their job duties

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to calculate crane capacities and perform pre-operational inspection of cranes
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, including measuring weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting
- The candidates should be able to clean and lubricate cranes, as well as erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- The candidates should be able to load and off-load machines efficiently
