Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Chippers, jackhammers, air guns, nail guns, drills, augers, and sledgehammer
Construction specialization: Residential
Own tools/equipment:Â Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, capable of working at heights, and able to work in confined spaces
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments, handle dangerous conditions, and work in dusty and hot conditions
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and be prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be adept at meeting tight deadlines, possess manual dexterity, and be accustomed to repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, have attention to detail, possess hand-eye coordination, and have sound discrimination abilities
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, and level earth to fine grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work, tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and read and interpret blueprints
