Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Concrete vibrators, Power-driven floats, Drills, and Compactor
Construction specialization: Driveways, Industrial, commercial, and institutional, Residential, and Sidewalks and curbs
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and in dusty environments as part of their responsibilities
• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks and physically demanding activities
• The candidates should be physically fit for tasks that involve handling heavy loads
• The candidates should possess manual dexterity to perform tasks efficiently
• The candidates should be capable of lifting weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and assist skilled tradespersons
• The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
• The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials and level earth to fine grade specifications
• The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• The candidates should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
