Requirements:

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, plan and prepare construction schedules, and monitor progress
The candidates should be able to recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors, and direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
The candidates should be able to prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements, and establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
The candidates should be able to plan and manage budgets, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and prepare reports
