Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Construction specialization: Driveways, Industrial, Commercial and Institutional, Residential, Sidewalks and Curbs, Poured Concrete, Roofing
Equipment and machinery experience: Curbing Machine, Concrete Vibrators, Reciprocating Saws, Circular Saws, Concrete Saws, Pumpcretes, Grinding Machine, Grouting Machine, Jackhammers, Air Compressors, Nail Guns, Drills, Chain Saw, Sledgehammer, Hand Tools
Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work outdoors, at heights, underground, in confined spaces, and in noisy environments
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate manual dexterity, perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, and pay attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate good hand-eye coordination, work while sitting for extended periods, and lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty environments, work in hot conditions, and maintain safety and focus while performing tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate and hardworking
- The candidates should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload and transport construction materials, mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and level earth to fine grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to assist in demolishing buildings, clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
