Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks and capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit for physically demanding work and able to work under pressure
- The candidates should pay strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to switch between sitting, standing, and walking as the job demands and stand for extended periods while walking as needed

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials
- The candidates should be able to assist heavy equipment operators and align pipes during pipeline construction
- The candidates should be able to assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites and frame houses, erect walls, and build roofs
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications and pave and rake asphalt
- The candidates should be able to assist in demolishing buildings, clean and pile salvaged materials, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites
