Transportation information: Own transportation and Travel expenses paid by employer

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Circular saws, air compressors, air guns, nail guns, chain saw, sledgehammer, and hand tools
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, cellular phone, and safety vest

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions
• The candidates should be tolerant of dusty environments and able to take necessary precautions for safety
• The candidates should be able to work in noisy conditions, maintaining focus and efficiency despite external distractions
• The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding role
• The candidates should be comfortable sitting for extended periods, as required by the job

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials
• The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
• The candidates should be able to assist heavy equipment operators
• The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
• The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• The candidates should be able to direct traffic at or near construction sites
• The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work
• The candidates should be able to conduct open houses for prospective buyers
