Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system, word processing software, database software, inventory control software, computerized bookkeeping system, electronic mail, spreadsheet, Adobe Acrobat Reader
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and have a strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be comfortable standing for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be efficient, hardworking, and have good time management skills
- The candidates should be client-focused and have efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should be organized and a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and manage staff while assigning duties
- The candidates should be able to study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales
- The candidates should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses
- The candidates should be able to determine staffing requirements, resolve issues that may arise including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
