Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to supervise staff including apprentices, stagehands, and the design team, sell merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
The candidates should be able to order merchandise, establish work schedules, and assign sales workers to duties
The candidates should be able to resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients’ needs, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory and hire and train or arrange for the training of staff

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
