Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have a good ability to solve problems, work under pressure and in a team and highly organized
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Program, specifically Excel and excellent analytical skills and functional English skills, both oral and written
- The candidates should have experience in the aviation industry and experience in transportation logistics
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to effectively plan, monitor, and adjust flight crew schedules
- The candidates should be able to perform daily monitoring of transport reservations (air and land) and accommodation for crews
- The candidates should be able to respond to requests from flight crew personnel and coordinate changes if necessary, including vacation and leave requests
- The candidates should be able to respect and apply the regulations (CAR) concerning crew schedules
- The candidates should be able to quickly schedule replacements on flights when pilots or flight attendants are absent
- The candidates should be able to ensure schedule changes are communicated to crew members in a timely manner
- The candidates should be able to establish an effective long-term action plan for overall schedule management
