Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, adept at efficiently handling repetitive tasks, and capable of managing and lifting heavy loads as part of their duties
- The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of the role, comfortable with standing for extended periods during their work shifts, and proficient in tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, exhibit a high level of attention to detail in their work, be comfortable with tasks that involve sitting for extended periods, and be skilled in walking as part of their daily tasks
- The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp area, noisy area, odours, outdoors, dusty area, and cold/refrigerated area
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to perform clipping
- The candidates should be able to train fruit trees
- The candidates should be able to tie plants
- The candidates should be able to engage in weeding
