Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience: Fruit harvester, Tractor and Vegetable harvester
Own tools/equipment: Gloves
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and be able to work in wet/damp conditions
- The candidates should be capable of working in dusty environments and proficient in handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit to meet demanding job requirements and skilled in hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks and manage a large workload efficiently
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to pick row and orchard crops and sort and pack fruits and vegetables
