Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided 

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, work under pressure
• The candidates should be able to manage tight deadlines, handle physically demanding tasks, pay attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to manage a large workload, work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, show flexibility, exercise good judgement
• The candidates should be able to stay organized, demonstrate reliability, work effectively as a team player

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, write daily basic progress reports
• The candidates should be able to clean work area, fertilize and spray crops
• The candidates should be able to harvest crops, load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry
• The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry
