Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain cleanliness and safety
The candidates should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse efficiently
The candidates should be able to wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and presentable environment
The candidates should be able to advertise vacancies using appropriate channels and methods
The candidates should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment as needed
The candidates should be able to perform minor repairs on appliances to ensure their proper functioning
The candidates should be able to show apartments and offices to prospective tenants, providing information and answering inquiries
The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures thoroughly to maintain hygiene standards
