Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Cleaning
Credentials: First Aid Certificate
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure; handle repetitive tasks; and handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to perform physically demanding tasks; bend, crouch, and kneel
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dependable; have excellent oral communication; and have excellent written communication
- The candidates should be flexible; take initiative; and have good judgment
- The candidates should be organized and reliable
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse; and empty trash cans and other waste containers
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings; supervise other workers; and move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
- The candidates should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair; clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures; and work with minimal supervision
- The candidates should be able to clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
