Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should possess strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks, and be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency, diligence, and effectiveness
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on client needs, ensuring satisfaction and delivering quality service, while exhibiting excellent oral communication skills, effectively engaging with clients and colleagues
- The candidates should be organized team players, managing client interactions and tasks efficiently, and collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask, efficiently handling various client inquiries and tasks simultaneously, and be quick learners, adapting swiftly to new information and client requirements
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to answer written and oral inquiries from customers promptly and accurately, address customers’ complaints or concerns courteously and effectively to resolve issues, and provide information regarding services offered
- The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services rendered to customers, explain the type and cost of services offered clearly and comprehensively, and issue receipts and other forms as required for transactions
- The candidates should be able to perform general office duties such as filing, organizing, and data entry, receive payments from customers accurately and securely, and answer clients’ inquiries regarding services offered with professionalism and courtesy
