Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma.
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to answer inquiries and provide information to customers
- The candidate should be able to arrange for billing for services
- The candidate should be able to arrange for refunds and credits
- The candidate should be able to explain the type and cost of services offered
- The candidate should be able to maintain records and statistics
- The candidate should be able to receive and log complaints
- The candidate should be able to receive payments
- The candidate should be able to sell merchandise
