Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 37.5 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, answer inquiries and provide information to customers, issue receipts and other forms, perform general office duties, receive and log complaints, and sell merchandise
