Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language

Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be available for shift work and irregular work hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
- The candidates should be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations
- The candidates should be able to lift heavy objects unaided and repetitively weighing up to 70 pounds (32 kilograms)
- The candidates should have the capacity to work within strict timelines in order to maintain on-time departures while ensuring safety at all times
- The candidates should be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time any offer of employment is made, and seeking any required work permits/visas or other authorizations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a willingness to work under various climatic conditions
- The candidates should possess a valid driver’s license
- The candidates should be fluent in both French and English
- The candidates should be aware that a linguistic test will be scheduled before the interview, priority will be given to candidates who are bilingual in English and French

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to investigate delayed baggage using various available systems
- The candidates should be able to make arrangements for the expediting and delivery of the bags
- The candidates should be able to assist customers with complaints regarding lost, mishandled, delayed, or damaged baggage
- The candidates should be able to perform lost and found functions
- The candidates should be able to perform Chargeback functions
- The candidates should be able to trace and process delayed baggage files
- The candidates should be able to trace and process mishandled/unclaimed bags before the station sends them to Central Baggage Tracing (LZ)
- The candidates should be able to trace and process delayed files, especially during the first 5 days after creation
- The candidates should be able to prepare records and documents
- The candidates should be able to walk long distances to search for bags in the bag rooms and the arrival halls
