Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience:Â Candidates should have previous experience working in a customer service-related environment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be prepared to provide a satisfactory criminal record check, including vulnerable sector screening, dated within the last 30 days, if they are new hires or have not previously performed in this position
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, which are critical for success in this role
- The candidates should be proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and experience with Xplor Recreation
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to handle pass and membership sales efficiently and manage program registration processes accurately
- The candidates should be able to coordinate facility rentals as per customer requirements and utilize both CLASS and POS systems proficiently
- The candidates should be able to provide information to customers and potential customers both over the phone and in person
