Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have previous experience working in a customer service-related environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • The candidates should have experience using computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Xplor Recreation
  • The candidates should be able to provide a satisfactory criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening, dated within the last 30 days, as a condition of employment if they are new hires or have not previously worked in the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to handle pass and membership sales efficiently and accurately
  • The candidates should be able to complete program registrations for a variety of recreational and community offerings
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate and process facility rental bookings, use both CLASS and POS systems to carry out transactions and registrations
  • The candidates should be able to provide accurate and helpful information to customers and potential customers both over the phone and in person
