Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Other Requirements:

The candidates should be organized, exhibit reliability, and be a team player
The candidates should have the ability to multitask

Candidate Status:

Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for the training of staff, authorize payments by cheque, and order merchandise
The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, sell merchandise, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and conduct performance reviews
