Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Area of specialization:Â Cattle breeding, Cattle genomics
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be comfortable with walking
- The candidates should be proficient in bending, crouching, and kneeling
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to monitor animal health regularly and effectively, feed and tend animals with care and attention to their needs, and set and monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops to ensure optimal conditions for the animals’ health and comfort
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops according to schedule and safety standards, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment proficiently, and clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens thoroughly
- The candidates should be able to milk cows skillfully and efficiently
