Salary: $18.46 hourly for 40 to 50 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Equipment and machinery experience: Feeding and watering system, Milking system (automated), and Tractor

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• The candidates should be capable of handling physically demanding tasks and attentive to detail
• The candidates should be able to manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be organized in their approach to work and be a team player

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to handle animals, monitor animal health, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• The candidates should be able to carry out pasture or pen breeding programs, formulate feeding programs, and maintain livestock performance records
• The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs, and perform general farm duties
