Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Security and safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be prepared to handle repetitive tasks and demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should possess hand-eye coordination skills and be comfortable with tasks that involve sitting
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to receive and register documents for data entry accurately, enter data according to the specified format diligently, and transfer data between software platforms proficiently
- The candidates should be able to verify the accuracy and completeness of data meticulously, store, update, and maintain databases effectively, and perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation systematically
- The candidates should be able to perform general office duties as needed, classify, label, and store diskettes/disks and tapes of data appropriately, and create digital records using a scanner skillfully
- The candidates should be able to transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents accurately
