Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: Courses, certificates, memberships, licenses, Child development assistant (ECE level 1)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle physically demanding tasks
- They should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able bend, crouch, and kneel
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be punctual in their attendance
- They should possess excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should have flexibility in handling various tasks and schedules is essential
- The candidates should demonstrate good judgement in decision-making situations is required
- The candidates should being a team player and collaborating effectively with colleagues is important

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers proficiently
- The candidates should be able to assist early childhood educators in implementing programs that foster the holistic development of children
- The candidates should be able to aid educators or supervisors in maintaining records and submitting written observations on children’s progress
- The candidates should be able to engage children in various activities like storytelling, teaching songs, and crafting
- The candidates should also assist in maintaining daycare equipment and performing housekeeping and cooking duties, including preparing snacks and arranging rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
- The candidates should be able to participate in staff meetings to discuss children’s progress and issues with colleagues and supervisors
