Shifts: Evening

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Transportation/travel experience: Regional and Provincial/territorial
Credentials: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be capable of lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, and demonstrate professionalism in customer service
The candidates should be able to receive and relay information to central dispatch, load and unload goods, follow directions, and read maps
The candidates should be able to use maps and other trip planning aids, record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems, and perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections while overseeing all aspects of the vehicle
