Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines while demonstrating strong attention to detail in their work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their work and strive for precision, have a strong client focus, and prioritize client satisfaction

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for training of staff, order merchandise, and authorize return of merchandise
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and supervise staff
- The candidates should be able to plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions, perform emergency roadside repairs, and oversee loading and unloading of goods
- The candidates should be able to oversee safety of operations, oversee the analysis of data and information, and establish delivery schedules
- The candidates should be able to co-ordinate work activities with other departments, authorize delivery routes, and supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- The candidates should be able to oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
