Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

- The candidates should be able to respond to Team Member and customer inquiries with category-specific product knowledge
- The candidates should genuinely care about customers’ shopping experiences and take initiative and work well with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to help create a fun, safe, and unique shopping experience for customers, known as Royal Service, as a Department Supervisor (Team Leader Trainee) at Princess Auto
- The candidates should be able to lead Team Members in their department to complete store plans and tasks
- The candidates should be able to support on-the-job training and development of Team Members
- The candidates should be able to maintain a safe and respectful work environment and manage loss prevention processes effectively
