Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have 6 years of experience designing enterprise SAAS applications for technical users
  • The candidates should include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to their work in their resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
  • The candidates should have a Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience and 8 years of experience in product design or UX
  • The candidates should have 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization and 3 years of experience with Design Systems and Rapid Prototyping
  • The candidates should have 2 years of experience leading design projects and 1 year of experience working with executive leaders

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutions
  • The candidates should be able to communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mock-ups, or high-fidelity prototypes
  • The candidates should be able to integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates
  • The candidates should be able to advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements
