Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to write, modify, integrate, and test software code using appropriate programming languages and tools, as well as maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required to meet changing needs or resolve issues
- The candidates should be able to communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions effectively with team members and stakeholders, while also preparing reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software to ensure clarity and understanding
- The candidates should be able to assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements to inform software development processes, and assist in the development of logical and physical specifications for software solutions based on user needs and system requirements
- The candidates should be able to research and evaluate a variety of software products to identify potential solutions or enhancements, while also programming animation software to predefined specifications for interactive CDs, DVDs, video game cartridges, and Internet-based applications, ensuring functionality and performance, and writing, modifying, integrating, and testing software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications, adhering to industry standards and best practices
