Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Credentials: Safe Food Handling certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
• The candidates should be able to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be client-focused, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and demonstrate reliability
• The candidates should work as a team player

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables and clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
• The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays and chairs and load buspans and trays
• The candidates should be able to operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware and place dishes in storage area
• The candidates should be able to sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand and scour pots and pans
• The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment and handle and store cleaning products
• The candidates should be able to receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas and remove kitchen garbage and trash
• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash and polish floors and wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
