Requirements:

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas, set tables, carry and replace linen, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, place dishes in the storage area, sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- The candidates should be able to stock refrigerators and salad bars, clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, handle and store cleaning products
- The candidates should be able to receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, remove kitchen garbage and trash, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
