Night Market based in Whitehorse, YT is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Dishwasher. Night Market is a restaurant offering inspired Asian cuisine that is fresh, affordable, and delicious. The establishment is a collaboration between Chef Troy King of Wood Street Ramen and Chris Corner. The menu features a modern take on Thai and Filipino rice dishes, with a focus on supporting local Yukon farmers. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays and chairs and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
- The candidates should be able to place dishes in storage area and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- The candidates should be able to remove kitchen garbage and trash and sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
