Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

• The candidates should have attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to meet tight deadlines
• The candidates should be able to work under pressure

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs, monitor personnel workloads and locations, and perform general office duties
• The candidates should be able to provide customer service, assist with the maintenance of communications equipment, and dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
• The candidates should be able to follow-up on issues with work orders, handle wake-up calls, and keep track of shipments
• The candidates should be knowledgeable about cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as maintain vehicle operator work records and record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
