Experience: Candidates should have minimum of three years of experience in concrete dosing and truck distribution
Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to conduct a daily check of site cleanliness to ensure site safety and perform daily mechanical plant checks, including visual inspections, detecting unusual noises, lubrication, vibration checks, and belt inspections and ensure that all employees, yard workers, drivers, mechanics, subcontractors, and others on site work safely and wear their PPE, conducting regular inspections to monitor task progress
- The candidates should be able to dose concrete and distribute concrete mixers to different sites according to required specifications, ensuring conformity of delivered concrete and and measure the humidity level of raw materials (stone, sand) and visually observe conditions before each shift
- The candidates should be able to order raw materials based on planned orders or anticipated volumes and plan drivers (concrete mixers) and yard personnel for deliveries and production for the next day
- The candidates should be able to enter raw material receipts into the “Command Batch” system and track them according to system reports and produce end-of-day reports inventories, raw material receipts and consumption, m3 produced and transfer information to their shift replacement and conduct physical inventories of raw materials and others with their manager at the end of each month and take orders by phone and promote Turbo and VAP products during CODs and to customers
- The candidates should be able to perform daily ticket checks and forward them to invoicing, including checks on “Waiting times – Superplasticizer,” and monitor daily cash sales and the use of concrete mixers (Lafarge, Broker, internal, and external rentals), following up with the manager
- The candidates should be able to control entry and exit times, lunch breaks, and break times according to the collective agreement of hourly employees, or prepare daily reports of deliveries made by “Broker” trucks by checking specific areas for each delivery ticket
- The candidates should be able to communicate regularly and daily with distributors of other plants to optimize the use of the concrete mixer truck fleet and personnel for current and following days
- The candidates should be able to work closely with the operations team and collaborate with logistics and quality teams and maintain constant communication with the manager, keeping them informed during plant breakdowns, production or delivery issues, and any health or safety incidents
- The candidates should be able to ensure proper concrete dosage according to mixing formulas and plan deliveries of raw materials and concrete and ensure receipt of raw materials in SAP and the batch command system
