Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and adaptable to dusty or refrigerated environments.
- The candidates should be willing to work outdoors, proficient in bending, crouching, and kneeling, and possess strong hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be experienced in handling heavy loads, physically fit for demanding tasks, and skilled in performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to manage a large workload effectively, work efficiently under tight deadlines, and be comfortable with walking during work
- The candidates should be capable of lifting up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise other workers and apply successive coats of compound, sand seams, and joints
- The candidates should be able to clean and prepare surfaces, cut and install metal corner beads, and fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids
- The candidates should be able to fill joints, indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound, position and secure sheets to studs or joists, and tape over joints using a taping machine
- The candidates should be able to smooth out excess compound, allow the coat to dry, and work at heights on scaffolding or swing stages
