Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Credentials: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, as well as guide and assist them in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement child-care programs supporting physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development, engage children in activities, and provide opportunities for creativity through various mediums
- The candidates should be able to lead activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest, while also preparing snacks and arranging rooms for lunch and rest periods
- The candidates should be able to observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems, submit written observations, and discuss progress and problems at staff meetings
- The candidates should be able to discuss progress and problems of children with parents, other staff members, and early childhood educators, attending staff meetings regularly for this purpose
- The candidates should be able to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers, while also planning and maintaining environments conducive to children’s health, security, and well-being, adhering to licensing regulations
