Supervision: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Credentials: Credentials, Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses, Child development supervisor (ECE level 3), First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check and Vulnerable sector check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smoking

- The candidates should be punctual and have good judgment, while also being a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, as well as develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
- The candidates should be able to lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest, and encourage children to express creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity
- The candidates should be able to guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits, observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems, and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors
- The candidates should have knowledge of licensing regulations, establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children, and plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children
- The candidates should be able to plan and organize activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hours
