Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience detailing and deep cleaning vehicles

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to meet critical deadlines and demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to work effectively, both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have recent experience with vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking oil, transmission and tire pressure
  • The candidates should be safety and service-oriented and experience with inventory shipping and receiving
  • The candidates should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The candidates should be able to pass an RCMP Security Check and possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to stock, clean, detail, and inventory ambulances and equipment
  • The candidates should be able to drive ambulances to and from communities throughout the Yukon
  • The candidates should be able to assist in creating and distributing Yukon EMS Fentanyl Checking Kits
  • The candidates should be able to work under the direction of the Fleet & Logistics Coordinator
  • The candidates should be able to aware that this position does not involve front-line ambulance response or patient care
