Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work independently, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be able to work under pressure, bend, crouch, walk, and kneel, and sit

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to apply fertilizers, clean the crops, and clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas
• The candidates should be able to cut agricultural crops, cut agricultural seed according to farm standards, and divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
• The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, harvest seedlings, and mix fertilizers
• The candidates should be able to pack fruits and vegetables, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and cut seeds
• The candidates should be able to weed, clean the work area, fertilize and spray crops, and harvest crops

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
