Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to evaluate daily operations, monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, recruit staff, set staff work schedules, supervise staff, and train staff
The candidates should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and provide customer service
